And the free world did nothing This work is considered exceptional by our editorial staff.

People were taken from their homes and families, losing all they had.
And the free world did nothing.
Children cried out for their mommies and daddies, begging them to wake up.
And the free world did nothing.
Families were separated and never reunited; many people will never know what became of their parents or siblings.
And the free world did nothing.
Many people were killed for falling, and women were killed for crying.
And the free world did nothing.
Six million Jews were killed because they believed in another God.
And the free world did nothing.

This is really good! It's not too often that you read a poem about WWII anymore so it's nice to have something remembered and brought back into perspective. Nice job :)

Wow. This is amazing. It really says that the world needs to wake up and smell the coffee. Especially now with the oil spill and all. Really good!
