Jumping The Fence

Lights flashing blue.
Run, run, run
as fast as I can.
Sweat on my brow.
Coughing up blood.
Come to a dead end.
Barbed wire fence.
My only way out is to jump.
Time to jump
over the moon.
And Old King Cole
is on the other side
eating his curds and weigh.
Climb, climb, climb
up the side of the clock.
Making sure that mouse
doesn't pass me on his way down.
