Ordinary days
When pricked and prodded
Unremarkable days
Yet those are the memories we hold

The pitter patter of starlight
Kaleidoscope colored rainbows
Tinkling laughter
Smiles a pure white
Blend into mish mash
Yet each contains a treasure

The summer I swore to remember
When everything changed
F
a d e s

The days I wish to forget
Become more vivid with each passing day

The days you want to give up
And weeks that are mediocre
All add up

To those days
The ordinary days
