16 years
I have been on this earth for since December 21, 1993.
Sixteen years.
My friends and family mean the most to me.
No matter how down I am they are there to pick me back up,
Teaching me right from wrong.
Rush lake is a big part of my life.
Summer after summer, I am spending my time on the lake with my family.
Taking family vacations once a year, to family holidays at home.
To my family sports mean the world.
Softball, baseball, basketball, and volleyball,
We play it all.
Softball takes up most of my life.
From camps in the off season to our amazing season,
Learning as I go.
Lesson after lesson in school learning something new everyday,
Having the best days of my life and the worst,
Learning the art of communication and focus,
Focus on the road on my drivers test,
Nervous, sweaty, and anxious
To only be thinking about being able to drive by myself.
Learning, having fun,
16 years I have been learning
Having good times and bad times,
Laughing and crying.
These are the days I will never forget…
