Peace Out
I am a peace sign.
I am everywhere
t-shirts
notebooks
or just a doodle on a piece of paper.
I feel that’s all I am anymore.
As a symbol I am embraced by all kinds
by teenagers
by the flower children of the 1970’s
by all of the people society has told to like me.
But as an actual member or even an idea
who embraces me?
Very few!
That’s who.
Do not
wear me on your clothing
tattoo me on you body
or sticker me on your belongings,
until you can become what I am about
until you can be peaceful
until you can bring peace to this Earth.
