Immature poets imitate: Mature poets steal; Real poets create - Harley Strazzarino

It doesn’t really matter
Us two sitting here
Waiting for something to happen
Waiting for something to do
Waiting for a sign
The universe moves on and we sit here
There is nothing to do
So we wait
We wait
Watching the stars
Watching the world move around us
We grow old waiting for a sign
Waiting because we don’t know what the sign is
We grow old together
Never seeing the world
Not know what is past the front porch
Undying love waiting for something to happen
Waiting a life time
Maybe we will get there after we die
It is still all in the unknown
So wait with me
We might just see what it is
