Devil of Heaven

It eats away at my soul
Till i become hollow with happiness,
Haunting me day and night
Till it stalks me
To that familar corner
In the darkness that burns bright,
It creeps into my mind
To pry my every thought,
Teasing me as it bounces
In then out of my reach,
Adjusting to my every move
It clings to me like a leech,
This angel that grasps me
Under it's spell
Will one day be the devil
That drags me down to hell
