Your Hand in Mine
Flashing back to the high moments relinquishes the pain of these current low ones
we used to enjoy ones company,
now we cant even be in the same room
the tension between us is unbearable
i'll never understand how it got to this point,
to the point where I don't even know who you are
i dont know who we are
and as i watch you walk out that door for the last time,
i will try to only remember the good memories, not because i don't want to let go, but because i need to know that it once happened.
