I write these notes everyday
to see in which my life has changed
but for the past few lonely nights
these letters give me lonely frights
ill never find that special girl
the one I see in my perfect world
my friends they try to cheer me up
as I spill out another cup
from my weeping heart I tell a tale
of a guy whose love life has grown stale
and which doesn’t seem to be getting better
so here I write this final letter
goodnight I say
to you goodbye
maybe I’ll let my sorrow die
