Pasted to my heart,
spilling out my eyes,
it's comming out through anger,
and all my hopless sighs

I try and stop the pain,
a war that I must fight,
gripping hard on nothing,
holding on too tight

The author's comments:
This very short, but it was what came to me at that moment. There is a longer version but I decided not to put it on. The poem is about troubles that I was facing a that time and the hurt it was causing me. Pretty much everything in the poem is describing the "hurt" that I feel.
