I was reading a story I wrote about two years ago. It was a tale of love and how sometimes the best thing two people who love eachother can do is stay away from one another. The boy in the story was in love with a girl who had no other choice but to be distant, otherwise, she'd kill her lover (obviously not by choice). The point of this poem was oxymoronic to my story. Sometimes, even if it hurts to admit to your feelings, it's the best possible thing you can do. This was my inspiration to tell my friend how I felt about him too. Hopefully, you can look back on this for some similar inspiration!
