Do you miss me?
Do you want me near?
Do you clutch your hands
with just one tear?
You know I am gone
and you feel all wrong.
You pray it's fake,
you pray it's a dream,
and that you will awake.
But don't cry for me.
Because it was my time
and my place.
Just picture me,
dream of me.
Can you feel me.
Can you feel my love
Can you still feel
the touch from
my loving hands,
and the warmth from
my soothing breath?
Speak of me
as if I am not gone.
You can not miss me.
For I am here
within your soul.
