The Eyes Give it Away

I see my reflection and I look away
The eyes thatstare back at me mockingly say
You're a coldhearted person
And people don't change
A genetic mutation is what those eyes are
And to me it's a crying shame.
Stop raising blue eyed children
They're driving me insane
If you could see my blue eyes then I'd make you look away
Stop raising blue eyed children
They're thriving off my pain
I deserve what I get but this is inhumane
There's something safe about brown eyes
they don't drive people away
they welcome you in and you feel content
comfortable enough to stay
but oh, the coldness of blue eyes
like the ice running through my veins
haunts those who see them
and win yet another game
