Quit getting my hopes up!
When all you end up doing is shooting them down
I'm sick of this rollercoaster of confusion and hell!
Leave me alone,
Let me be!
I finally got over you
And NOW you decide to apologize and text me
You're running through my head again
And I can't get you out
You sure know how to frustrate a girl
And make her want to freakin SHOUT!
Get out of my life!
Forget about me!
You used to say I was annoying, and obsessed
And I admit I was stupid, But I already paid the fee!
So don't text me
Don't talk to me
Pretend nothing happened
'Cause I can assure you
That's what i'm going to do

The author's comments:
ok so most of the poems on here that i've written have been about this guy who i stupidly fell for at this party. i thought he was shy and sweet and, well, the point is, we kissed. he was TOTALLY not my type (except for being cute, tall and european) but i began to really fall for him. well he lead me on for about a month then he told me he never liked me and i should stop bothering him. so i deleted his number and everything (i tried being his friend but he just told everyone i was obsessed with him) anywayy the first day of spring break he texts me and says "sorry for all the rude comments" and i'm like ok, whatever you were just a mistake. and he had the nerve to get upset and say " well, i was going to invite you to the movies but since i'm a mistake..." grr anywayy stupid me i said ok, i'll give you another chance. but if i go to the movies with you my mom will make me take my brother (not a lie) and he's like oh nevermind. then i found out he had asked my friend to the movies the day before but she couldnt go. i didnt confront him about it and i deleted his number again cause i dont plan to. so this is what this poems about.
