The water is rising;
The clock is ticking.
You could chain yourself down,
Or,
Learn to swim.
You watch those chained down
As they regret not swimming,
And you watch others
Swim successfully.
And yet,
Some around you
Do not think about the future
And chain themselves down,
But you begin to paddle.
