What is love? Baby dont hurt me.

An old barn near 150 years old
Stood in an open field.
The structure supported much life.
Placed on the edge of a quiet little town.
The barn lost purpose
As its foundation crumbled.
With no further use the barn crashed down.
Its remains were fallen soldiers in the field.

The last remnant of the old barn.
An ancient withered piece of wood.
Its rough exterior was laced with knots and splinters.
Cracks and chips engraved in its sides.
Water stains rest upon its base.
Obsolete piece of wood with no purpose
It resides in the corner forever aging.
