No one is ever alone
No one is ever alone late at night
I can here him breathing filling me with fright
In my closet under my bed
Is he real or just in my head?
He’s staring at me while I try to sleep
Trying not to make a peep
Maybe he’ll go away
Far away from me he’ll stay
I get up and run to the bathroom
Was it was real did I just almost face my doom
I can see his feet in the crack of the door
Following me silently across the floor
I hide in the tub maybe he didn’t see
Hiding in fright please say he didn’t see me
Crash on the door I start to scream
Pounding it hard, I’m hoping it’s a dream
As he comes in he sees me crying
Stabs my heart to see me dying
I look at him real hard to see he’s glad
Pulling off his mask to see he’s my dad

Hiding in fright please say he didn’t see me" I like that line. the ryhming. :) i also like how, when I read the title, i thought it was going to be all sappy or something. and then it was about how a boy wanted to be alone, away from this monster thing. and then the mood turns back around and it's his dad. heh he...what a joke, kid's dad.
