I watch the reflection
Her blue eyes stare back and see
The drooping skin; the bags
Sometimes I have to pinch myself
To distinguish the real me

So I guess that doesn’t say much
For how adequately I know anything
And writing is a silly aim
When the title is half as long
As the poetry
