Favorite Quote:
Evil is a form of death.

Staring out my open window
I see an endless field being ruffled by a warm summer breeze
I climb out and shut the window silently
Silver moonlight makes everything so beautiful
I look up in wonder at the stars
The warm air whips my hair around my face
Looking all around me I see paradise
With just a touch of the world's darkness and pain
Pushing the thought out of my mind
I sit down and admire the beauty all around me
Just heartbreaking beauty with a touch of darkness
Then comes dawn, shattering the night and with it the peace
Birds chirping break the silence
I climb through my window once more and feel the sweet summer breeze
Send a comforting caress over my skin

I wrote this piece because the beauty of nature during the summer inspired me to.
