The rich are getting richer
The poor are getting poorer
When you look to help overseas
Why don’t you look at me
I’m your neighbor next door
An emaciated soul
But let’s go to Singapore
And every other country of the world
Let’s forget America
And all we had once fought for
Let’s close all our own doors
But help open others
I realized if you lower your expectations
Less becomes much more

I hear on the news all the time about the U.S. going all over the world to help others, and I think it's very compassionate considering Haiti and now Chile, but we have people here in the U.S. that go to bed hungry, if they have a home to go to bed to.

fianlly somebody gets it. what you dont get is that they didnt forget about america-they never cared about america. but if you're rich  then that fact is easier to ignore. thats why we have things like unhealthcare and what not.very nice peice anyway.
