Lost, alone
In a world
Still unknown

Frightened, falling
Never ending depths
Always calling
For someone

Never, ever
Hitting ground
Falling forever

Finally, hopefully
A voice
Calling tentatively
Hoping that it’s not too late

Franticly, fearfully
Searching for the voice
It calls fervently

Ending, finally
Emerging from the depths
Of a world still unknown
Saved by the voice of someone who has done it all before
