Family or Friends?
What if you could only have one?
Which do you choose?
Family that has been
With you through
Thick and thin
They will love you
No matter what
or
Friends that stick around
Never knowing
If they will like you next week?
Who do you choose?
or
Who do you lose?
You can have your pick
But remember the facts
Which one will it be?
Family or Friends

I am in 7th grade. It is hard to decide who I want to be around or who wants to be around me. Part of me wants my family. Part of my wants my friends. It changes day to day. Why does life have to be so hard?

Thank you! This poem was inspired by when me and my dad got in a huge fight. he said that family stick around longer than friends do.
