The mom cries
Her baby wails
The day has come
Alone
The well has run dry
The money is gone
Her husband has left her
Alone
How? She thinks
Can she survive?
Her baby's cries
Alone
The husband weeps
He's made a mistake
Where is his wife?
Alone
He goes off to bed
And cannot sleep
His mind drifts away to the streets
Alone
He drives through the rain
His face red hot
He screams he name
Alone
They grasp each other
Warm in their arms
The huddle together
Not...Alone
