Glimmering onto my face
Sweat, humidity, warmth
Jump
Off the heated dock
Into the fresh clear water
Fish swim away from my toes
And into the depths
I notice the trees
Green, alive, awake
Push harder
Almost there
Into the clear lake water
Of Minnesota
