My Pandemic MAG
I feel me falling apart,
each bit of me diseased and rotting.
I'm a walking virus that nobody notices,
as a little more of me goes missing.
Each minute that passes,
my disease grows and takes over inside.
Multiplying, dividing, splitting, and reproducing,
just waiting for the perfect time to strike.
With no antibiotics,
no medicine to heal,
wars raging inside myself.
It's always just too easy to conceal.
Lock myself in,
don't let the poison ooze out.
The acidity upsets my stomach,
and a low white blood cell count.
Lightheadedness sets in,
maybe to quiet the symptoms.
of me falling to pieces, my disease setting in,
and the last living part of me goes numb.
