No air, suffocation
Noisy machines in the station
Huge gray blocks everywhere
Cars crowding the streets
No room to breathe
Converse, flip-flops, hi-top shoes
All at once they hit the sidewalk
Busy, busy, busy
People like sardines in a can
No room to breathe
Morning all day long
No sleep, don’t sleep
Work, work, work
No time to breathe
Hurry, hurry
Get there early
Money needs to be earned
A job to keep, a family to feed
No time to breathe
