The constant yells echo through the house
So loud, one cannot find the lonely mouse
No one stops to take the time to listen
All we do is continue with dissen’
Chaos and madness take over the laughs and smiles we used to share
Parents can’t bare to be in the same room, yet no one seems to care
Questioning my place in this family take years to figure out
As I look back, my childhood full of shattered dreams and frowning pouts
My role models gone
Not realizing their actions were wrong
