when I will leave you
I will go and live on my own,
with him
When that day will come,
you will walk me down the aisle,
not him,
but you
He will be sitting in the pews,
with the rest of the guests,
but you will be right by my side
You were there for me when he left,
you stayed with me and loved me,
but he did not
That is why you,
my grandfather,
will be walking me down the aisle
He,
my father,
will be left watching from the pews
