A Fire

September 24, 2009

Fire burns
The source of wonderful warmth
The source of glowing light

Though many say
It is the source of destruction
It burns everything in its path
In a rampage

There are no worries
Water can quench it
New life will grow

It is not destruction
It is simply there for change
And do not forget
There is no warmth and light without fire

The author's comments:
I just love fire, its beauty, its warmth. I wanted to write about it, because many see it wrong. I wanted to right that wrong.
