When you take my breath away
I live life even more
Than with the air I breathed before
When you blind me with you light
I see my life more clearly
Than with things I once loved dearly
When you whisper to me softly
You take away more fear
Than the words I used to hear
When you touch me oh so gently
It never hurts as much
As the world's hard and hateful touch
When I drink you sweet cool waters
There's more that I attain
Thank with the addicting drink of pain
You give me so much more
Than the things I once lived for
