Being trans is not glory

It's not for fame

Or attention

It is Tortured

If you think

We want attention,

Don't you think

We would do it in a way where we won't lose everything?

Our friends?

Leave us

Our family?

Kick us out

Our emotions?

Tell us we are nothing

Society?

Try to kill us

Being a trans male is bad

Bring a trans woman is worse

Men can bind

Men can stop periods

And prevent pregnancy

Woman?

Can fill bras

But what they can't do?

They can’t easily get rid of one thing

Do you know what dysphoria is?

Have you ever felt like you don't look good enough?

Dysphoria is worse

Wanting body parts you don’t have

Wanting to get rid of others

Wanting to die because you hate your body

Wishing you weren’t even born

Or at least born in the right body

Fearing going out on a walk

Because

Someone may kill you

Or beat you

Or try and rape you

Why would anyone choose this life?

It is torcher

We wish we were cis

And if you don't know what that means,

It means born a male or female

We are tired of getting harassed

Told its a phase

We don’t need you telling us that its a phase

We fight with ourselves every day

Asking the same thing

Everyday

If you think being trans is a joke,

Looking for attention,

Or trying to be cool,

You are wrong

It is hell

Torment

And i feel bad for everyone that has to go through it

I am a trans male

Originally born in a female body

I've wanted to die

Ive been bullied

I have feared certain people finding out

Part of my family grew distant

I lost many friends

So trust me when I say it's not fun

Its not for glory

It's not for attention

We are human

We are like you

Just born

The wrong way

In the wrong body

And if you are reading this

Please know you can do this

You will survive

You are amazing
