Favorite Quote:
foolish consistency is the hobgoblin of the mind

I feel like I might be gay.

There was a time in my life when I entertained the thought

But now it feels more like my daytime fantasies are peeling up from my brain

And taking shape, rising up like cupcakes in the oven

As I grew older I wondered what if I liked girls

But brushed it off, those thoughts were soon flattened

And I would not let them rise

Like pastry dough

Sweet on my tongue like my first kiss

My first real love who made me wonder

About boys and girls

And so that kiss became less of a what if

And more of a what now

The boys I dated came and went

Girls were hard to come by

But what I felt for him was faded

Like a worn t-shirt, left in the sun

Bleached from the longevity of its disuse

And now I begin to wonder

If it's even worth putting that shirt back on

Why would I do that

When there are cupcakes in the oven?

There are but seconds left

Until the timer goes off.

The poem is pretty self-explanatory!
