Every time I see you,
I automatically smile,
And hope with all my heart
That you’ll be staying for a while.
Every time I see you,
My heart wants you so badly,
And every time you touch me,
The beat starts racing madly.
Every time I see you,
The bad memories disappear,
And when I look into your eyes,
Nothing is ever clear.
Every time I see you,
You have to walk back out the door,
And every time you leave,
I remember you’re not mine anymore.
