I am he who walks the shadows
Leaving spirits in my wake
The one who guides the phantoms
Their souls I've yet to take
I am he who is that poetry
The words within your head
That soft unspoken lyricy
That leads but is not led
I'm the light within the darkness
Keeping shadows in the night
The one to guide the path
When nothing else seems right
I'm a prophet to a better place
A dream that's yet to come
I am the way, the revolution
That's only just begun
I am the chronic thinker
I am he that's always known
That even in my brightest hour
I am he who walks alone
