The School Year

School begins
And the sun grins.
Classes are boring
And all minds are soaring.
First semester is over
And we find less and less four-leaf clovers.
The rain is starting
As February is departing.
Prom is coming
And excitement is becoming.
School is ending
And college applications are no longer pending.
Graduation is near
And the end of the school year is so dear.
Our lives are creating
And there is nothing left but waiting.
