Blue is power
As deep and wide as an ocean
Or the way it swallows you whole
It can be freedom and life
Or death and custody
Like the eyes of the girl you love
Or the tears of the girl you left
The deep sky is filled with blue
As in the depths of any sea
As old as the worl itself
Blue sits on its throne
Quiet and contemplating
As ancient as the world itself
