The moon,
Ever changing,
Ever turning,
How it mesmerized our past selves,
How it called to us,
Its beams of light jumped at us,
Sood out without shame,
Flaunting its supremacy over all light in the sky,
It commands respect of the stars,
It sooths a lover in time of pain,
It confounds a child in its crib,
Its scale is small,
But its size is great.
