I’m thankful for the food on my plate
Even the Brussel sprouts
And what food is about

I’m thankful for my family
The ones I see every day
The ones that help me
Every step of the way

I'm thankful for my house
Even when it is messy
In it is my  blouse
And in there I’m happy

I’m thankful for my siblings
They are very annoying
It feels like I am always babysitting
But they are very outgoing

I’m thankful for my phone
The one that is pink
The phone that I am always on
That sometimes makes me think

But most importantly
I’m thankful for God
Who put me on this Earth
Sometimes he nods
And was there for my birth
