Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year
Bringing bundles of happiness and cheer
It is a time that brings joy once it commences
A time that awakens the senses
From the chiming of the bells on that snowy day
To the sound of the beautiful carols that play
The smell of Christmas pine and peppermint fill the air
A wonderful smell that cannot compare
All are astonished by the view of trees and lights
One of the most beautiful sights
The Christmas smells, lights, and beautiful bells that chime
Makes Christmas the happiest time

I wrote this poem to express the happiness and Christmas spirit throughout this holiday season. This poem describes all of the smells, sights, and sounds of Christmas, giving it a nostalgic feel. I want this poem to help others feel the joy they felt around Christmas when they were little or that they still do today. The main purpose of this poem is to make someone happy by reminding them of old, joyous memories around Christmas time.
