Another Test
Another quiz, another test
Still solving for X
My chest aching as I’m waiting
To know if I’m important
And sorted by intelligence
Another lab, another lesson
Pressing pain against my temple
I tremble under the pressure
But I have no voice to plead
For one day to be free
Another day, another grade
Teacher telling me what to say
Are they really teaching?
Eating up information,
My mind is like a filing cabinet
Another year down the drain
My brain exhausted
Colors starting to turn gray
Bubbles turning into squares
I stare at another test
