The night
Dark as a cup of joe
The wind
throwing you each way
The waves
crashing into the pier
The cold
Creeping up on you like a walk-in freezer
He’s fishing in troubled waters
The wait for that bit is like the last minute of class
To wake you right up into action
A tug on the fishing pole means that there is a
FISH ON!!
The fish pull on him like a train
It was as if it was a game of tug of war
Back and forth
Back and forth
But he was as tough as nails
So he pulled it out of the water with no sweat
