Make a place to strategize.
Sit down. Think.
You must be focused upon
The competition, athletes, crowd,
And most importantly, yourself.
Have faith in who you are,
Be smart, work hard,
Compete for yourself
And those crowds around you.

Breathe in fresh air,
Exhale your worries.
Communicate rapidly.
Talk to your team mates.
Stride towards your goals.
Stride towards happiness.
Achieve what needs to be done.
Stay away from distractions
And anything that gets into your way.
There are places where you can imagine yourself
Just relaxing,
Enjoying these moments
Which make you work that much harder.

Accept what comes from critics.
Make the best you can of it,
Of the loud exciting words
That blast out of spectators,
Like God speaking above you.
Hope everyone can be as excited right now,
Praying for all that is about to come true.

Your lines, "Accept what comes from critics.Make the best you can of it," are my favorites. It is easy to throw critic's words away without thinking about them, but even though we may not like what they say, if we listen, there is always something to improve upon.
