Scraping of teeth brushed against the cold air
The monster lashed out like an angry bear
He dragged me back to his lair
I ran my hand through my hair
To find blood on my hands
Oh! I couldn't bare!
Broken dreams and broken glass everywhere
All I could do is stare
Holding my breath- the shock was to deep- leaving my lungs with no air
The glass reflected an image of the monster
All I could do is stare
In the shattered mirror I saw me
