I started thinking to myself it’s 11pm,
One more hour.
Well one more hour turned into 2:30am.

I woke up hearing “WHOOP, WHOOP, BEEP, BEEP”
My alarm.
I hit snooze, just five more minutes.
FIve turned into fifteen.
I’m late!

I quickly grab my clothes and slip on my sweatshirt and sweatpants.
I rapidly smack my makeup on my face and dart like a bullet to the bathroom to brush my teeth.
Scrubbing while brushing quickly, and trying to tie my shoes like I’m about to run a 10 mile.

I grab my bag and run out the door like a bomb is about to explode.
Thank goodness I did my homework.
So I thought.

Walking to my first hour, all I can hear is people talking about the exams.
That’s when it dawned on me, I didn’t study!

I got my paper, my hands were shaking like a volcano about to erupt.
I took my time over thinking every question.
Finally I finished.

10 minutes before class ended Mrs.P handed out the papers to let us see.
I was scared as a puppy when it sees a squirrel.
I had enough guts from a fish to look at my test.
I got a B+!

I learned my lesson though, to not stay up until 2am.
