Poems for English :)
Memory Poem
I look back five or six years and I see
The day when I got my first bunny
He was an old bun, maybe five or six
Even though he was old, he ran mighty quick
He already had a name, Brownie it was
I kept the name, I don’t know the cause
A light brown bunny as fluffy as can be
He stole my heart so quickly
A strong bond he and I had shared
Even though he always tried to chew my hair
A very picky eater, that bunny was, like me
Feeding him was as finicky as can be
Nothing could stand in that bunnies way
He ran and jumped and played all day
Sometimes he would be crabby, but that was okay
I loved him so much anyways
A bond you share with a pet never leaves your mind
It feels as though they are always there by your side
My bunny and I were almost never apart
And he will always have a special place in my heart.
Diamante Poem
Love
affectionate, caring
comforting, cherishing, admire
romance, ending, sorrow, forever
sudden, inevitable
Heartbreak
