I'm as single as the letter 'I', believe it or not
In fact sometimes I feel the 'I' is better off, at least it has a dot
And this crazy world is not helping matters
Everywhere I turn there's a couple that chatters
Kissing in the mall, restaurant and the park bench
In their cars, office and even in church
I know I'm single but don't rub it in my face , please!
Now my boss wants me to write a column on marital bliss
