We are women
Women shouldn’t be paid less;
Women shouldn’t be second class;
Women shouldn’t be called girls;
Women shouldn’t be afraid to wear tank tops in public,
Because we are equal to all.
Women shouldn’t be scared to go out in the dark;
Women shouldn’t be held back from what they want;
Women shouldn’t be told they are weak;
Women shouldn’t be told not to love,
Because we are equal to all.
Women shouldn’t be ashamed of their body;
Women shouldn’t be pushed around;
Women shouldn’t be scared of any man;
Women shouldn’t be afraid to be educated,
Because we are equal to all.
Women should be paid equal;
Women should be able to stand up for themselves;
Women should be told they are pretty;
Women should be who they want to be,
Because we are WOMEN.
