My Day as a Baby
I awoke to a warm blanket
and a pacifier in my mouth
looked down yonder
left to right
up and down
over and out I crawled
Im a baby once more
rose to my feet
grazed at my amazed giants
walking into their open arms
and I started to fly
feeling the breeze parallel to my baby face
astonished at the landscapes never seen
Bewildered I stood
contaminated with candy
so addicted to the sugar rush
I wouldn't let anyone take candy from this baby
even if his name was Andy
Swallowing my giants guilt
exploring this world, I start
Latching onto the back of a fire breathing dragon
and seeing how long I can leech
Im proud to say Im the record holder
for Dragon Wagon
and also the only one to try this sport
I ruled the world without latent hostility
all the other babies bowed to my
amazing ability and versatility
grazing at my foul baby talk
Tired as I rest
I flew back to my tomb
in the open arms of my giants
to start another day as a baby
