Walking the Streets of Pain
As I walked the streets of pain
I than begun to wonder
Why should we have to suffer?
Why do people kill and what do they
gain
Makes me always ponder
As I walked the streets of pain
Innocent people watching their lives go down the drain
Knowing that giving up will not make their lives any better
Why should we have to suffer?
Watching kids get shot right through their brain
Oh god! Could this get any worse?
As I walked the streets of pain
The tears of a mother, falls on the earth like rain
Oh god! Can the earth be any rounder?
Why should we have to suffer?
My heart beats fast like tracks on a train
Oh how I wonder when this fight will ever be over
As I walked the streets of pain
Why should we have to suffer?
