INAUGURAL POEM: "Inspired by Barack Obama's Inaugural Address 2009"

One more president

Added to the list

Obama is number 44

There has been a great

Change to our nation

Obama has created

History

As

African American president

And will also make a lot of

Change in the USA

We all have to

Work together

And fight for what

We believe in

We will walk down many

Different paths

Until we find the right one

We will all stick together

And no one will be left behind

As soon as we find

The correct path

We will never come off

Of it.

"All this we can do. All this we will do."

"And why a man whose father

Less than 60 years ago

Might not have been served at a local restaurant

Can now stand before you

To take a most sacred oath."

Now you have come before us

To show us how far we have come

And how much more

We still have to go.
